Do I get seated first because I arrived to the door first?

Each person's name is called in the order of which you are scheduled on the ROSTER, except when, someone has already been here and knows the rules for their exam and our routine.

Where is the disabled access & parking to the building?

Our education center is located on the first floor. You park and come straight inside. Our bathrooms are wheelchair accessible.

Can I bring water into the testing center?

Water bottles are permitted with an accommodation from Pearson and all labels must be removed. Water bottles must be standard, clear plastic bottles that are commercially purchased and easily visible. Large jugs, insulated bottles, thermal containers, or any non-transparent containers are not permitted.

Is it a problem if I am not seated at the exam time of my exam?

No. Each examination has an established grace period. In general, candidates may be seated for their examination up to 30 minutes before or up to 30 minutes after their scheduled start time and is still considered to have been seated, "on-time". Additionally, examinations may be initiated at the discretion of the Testing Administrator. Please be advised that any candidate who engages in misconduct at the testing center—including, but not limited to, the use of inappropriate language, raised voices, or disrespectful behavior—will be denied entry and not permitted to test in order to keep a peaceful, positive and professional testing environment.
